Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The order includes all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging is returned as received.

Signs of normal handling are acceptable, but damage due to careless use is not.

Items related to hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

Defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt.

Shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

Returns will be processed within 7 working days. If the return meets all conditions, it will be officially accepted within this period.
We reserve the right to reject returned items if we suspect usage or damage caused by the customer.

Important: Do not return your item to the sender. You will receive the correct return address after contacting us.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, provided the customer is a natural person acting outside of their business or profession:

Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a third party not being the carrier) received the last item in your order.
As we use a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately.
Therefore, cancellation is not possible once the order has been shipped.

The cancellation will be finalized only once the goods have been returned to us.
Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
Shipments in Transit
Our products ship from Asia. Longer transit times may occur.
If the package is already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.
Please wait until your order is delivered, and then return it.
You may notify us in advance of your intent to cancel.
To speed up processing, please send us your shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel the contract:

We will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs and surcharges for premium delivery methods.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request and returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for your original order (unless otherwise agreed).

No fees will be charged for the refund.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
