1. How Can I Place an Order?

 

Ordering from Mara London is quick and simple:

  • Browse our collection and choose your item.

  • Select your size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.”

  • Review your basket, then proceed to checkout.

  • Follow the steps to securely complete your order.

2. When Will My Order Ship?

 

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email (check spam/junk just in case).

Here’s what to expect:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

If you haven’t received confirmation or tracking after 3 business days, contact us at info@mara-london.co.uk.

3. Can I Track My Order?

 

Yes, all orders come with a tracking number.

  • Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

  • Please allow up to 3 working days after dispatch for updates to appear.

  • If you don’t receive tracking info, get in touch with us at info@maralondon.co.uk.

4. I Entered the Wrong Delivery Address—What Should I Do?

 

Contact us within 24 hours at info@mara-london.co.uk or by replying to your order confirmation email.

If your parcel has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

5. What Are Your Returns & Refund Policies?

 

We offer a 30-day return window for items that arrive damaged or defective.

To return:

  • Email info@mara-london.co.uk with your order number, return reason, and a photo (if damaged).

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is not covered — customers are responsible for the cost.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection.

 

Important:

  • Items in transit cannot be refunded.

  • Refunds apply only to items that meet return criteria.

6. Can I Cancel My Order?

 

Yes — if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible — but you may return the item once it arrives.

7. How Long Does Shipping Take?

 

Our typical shipping timeline is:

  • Processing: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping: 8–12 business days from dispatch

 

Shipping is always free across the UK.
